Aneta Snow Yoga

Welcome to a space where you can explore my classes, events, and retreats.

I’m a Vinyasa yoga teacher whose style is shaped by the many techniques I’ve picked up along my yoga journey. My classes blend strength and nourishment, encouraging movement that feels both empowering and supportive. I love to challenge my students in playful, thoughtful ways, always with the intention of helping them feel good in their own bodies.

My Yoga Journey

​I completed my Yoga teacher training in India 2016, the birthplace of Yoga where i immersed myself fully in the traditional practices and philosophies that shaped this ancient discipline. Training in both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga I developed a deep understanding of mindful movement, breathwork, alignment, and the energetic principles that support a balanced practice.  

Studying in India gave me more than just a certification, it offered a transformative experience. Surrounded by dedicated teachers and a culture rooted in presence and simplicity I learned to integrate Yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way of living. My time there strengthened my intuition, expanded my knowledge, and reaffirmed my passion for guiding others on their own journeys.

Today i share these teachings with a grounded, open hearted approach, creating space for people to move, breathe, explore, and simply be themselves.

In-person class schedule

Studio Classes 

I love connecting with students face to face in a welcoming environment. My in-person classes are designed to suit all levels, helping you build flexibility, strength, and mindfulness at your own pace. Each session is guided with attention to alignment, breath, and flow so you leave feeling refreshed and grounded. 

Corporate Classes 

Bringing Yoga into the workplace is one of my favourite ways to support wellbeing. My corporate sessions are crafted to reduce stress, boost focus, and energise teams. I tailor each session to fit your schedule and workspace, creating a mindful break that enhances productivity and fosters a positive work environment. 

Private Classes

For a more personalised approach I offer private Yoga sessions designed entirely around your goals and needs. Whether you are seeking to deepen your practice, recover from injury, or enjoy a one-to-one experience, I provide dedicated guidance to help you progress safely and confidently.

Online Offerings

I offer weekday classes that are the perfect way to energise and invigorate your day. The classes begin at 7am daily and last 45 minutes. You can join me on the mat live at that time or use the recording to access in your own time.

I regularly schedule drop in classes on a weekend such as a Saturday morning for extra doses of movement.

My online teachings are available through monthly memberships, class pass packs, or single drop-ins.

Retreat with me

My yoga retreats are designed for travellers who want more than just a get away. They are for those seeking balance, inspiration, and the freedom to simply be themselves. 

Each retreat combines rejuvenating wellness practices with meaningful culture experiences, creating a journey that nurtures both body and soul.

Whether you are joining me to deepen your practice, discover a new destination, or reconnect with your inner self you will find a warm  welcoming space where individuality is celebrated. There is no pressure, no expectations, just the invitation to unwind, explore and show up exactly as you are.
